Aztec Turquoise Ring- A Modern Take on Ancient Design

Made by Navajo artisan Florence Tahe

Authentic Handmade Native American Jewelry

Turquoise: Kingman Turquoise
Metal: Sterling Silver

Our Aztec Turquoise Ring is a captivating piece that combines ancient aesthetics with modern fashion. It's characterized by its vibrant turquoise stone, set in a beautifully intricate Aztec  design. This stamped domed sterling silver ring has etching with a 4 or 5mm stabilized Kingman turquoise stone in the center.  It measures approximately 1/2" wide at the top and tapers down.

Crafted with precision and attention to detail, this ring is truly a work of art. The turquoise stone, revered by the navajo as a symbol of sky and water, takes center stage. Its calming blue-green hue is complemented by the unique, geometric design of the ring frame. This fascinating interplay of colour and pattern brings a contemporary edge.

This ring is also a testament to our commitment to quality and ethical sourcing. Every piece of turquoise used in our rings is ethically sourced, ensuring that our jewelry not only looks good but also does good. With our Aztec Turquoise Ring, you can express your individuality, appreciate ancient history, and support ethical practices - all at the same time.

Kingman Turquoise: Considered to be one of the classic and more easily recognizable American Turquoises, Kingman Turquoise was first mined by Native Americans as early as 600 A.D. This Arizona turquoise rose to fame due to its production of nuggets - which few mines produce. Today, Kingman Turquoise is highly prized and sought after by collectors worldwide.
