What is Tallow - tallow is derived from rendered animal fat. It has a saturated fat ratio that is identical to our own skin cells, meaning it promotes healing to damaged skin.

Tallow is rich in fat soluble vitamins (D, A, E, and K) and minerals. It is so similar to the structure of the human skin cell, meaning it holds the main components our skin needs to repair and rebuild itself. Those main components are conjugated linoleic acid (Omega-3) that has powerful anti-inflammatory properties, and palmitoleic acid (Omega-7) which is also the most active anti-microbial component in our sebum (skins natural oils), and helps reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. The combination of these two components are what helps make your skin look youthful and vibrant!
